On the November 13th, edition of Talkative Tuesday, the students in C.C. Winn High School’s 3rd period Leadership class took on the topic of bravery.
Students shared a moment of vulnerability, answering hot topic questions about themselves, sharing their responses with their classmates.
"Being ourselves is one of the bravest acts of all. It’s time to be brave enough to trust that we are enough," high school junior Amanda Lee Martin said. "When we express who we truly are and learn to love our flaws, we are open to loving others even better."
Student Council would like to encourage you to love yourself.
Don’t try to be the version of you think you should be, feel pressured to be, or wish you were—just get to appreciating your true colors.
Say yes to being you, because you matter.
