Tuesday, November 12th, members of the C.C. Winn Student Council attended the Varsity Basketball game against Carrizo Springs.
StuCo was excited that they were personally invited by the coaches to be there to cheer on the team.
This was the first game of the season that they were able to make it to and the small group still showed off their huge school spirit by being loud and proud Maverick fans!!
"I only hope this is the first of many games we'll be able to attend," President Samantha Cardenas said. "I would would like to wish a very good luck to the Boys Basketball team on their season. Go Mavericks!"
