Tuesday, February 5th, Ms. Aguirre's 1st grade class at Darr celebrated National Texas Day.
National Texas Day is observed on February 1st and it is a chance to revel in all that makes the Lone Star State shine so brightly.
Ms. Aguirre challenged her students to come up with a list of what Texas is known for.
They also worked on a great coloring activity.
