Wednesday, February 6th, was Teens in the Driver Seat Safety Day at C.C. Winn High School.
Students from the Leadership Class ran several booths that were both interactive and informational.
StuCo covered the walls in posters and banners promoting pedestrian safety, and tips regarding the top risks and dangers for teen drivers.
Winn sponsors and administration would like to thank Union Pacific for their booth and presentation on railroad safety.
They also would like to send a big thank you to TDS representative Shannon for coming down to Eagle Pass to visit with students and bringing such cool tools for them to help spread awareness about drunk driving.
An added shout out to Peter Piper Pizza for being a sponsor and strong supporter of safe driving and of student driven activities!
Winn StuCo encourages everyone to "Keep the Drive Alive"!
