Tuesday, March 12th, C.C. Winn's English 1302 class enabled a new way to conference with their teacher Mrs. Camarillo.
Mrs. Camarillo's students used Web conference, a feature allotted to them through their Southwest Texas Junior College Canvas.
Mrs. Camarillo's students feel that this feature is extremely useful because they live in a different world where technology consumes their everyday existence.
Students will use this feature to work on group projects, study for exams, or hold class discussions when they aren't able to physically meet with one another.
Mrs. Camarillo also feels that this connection with her students can be useful on days where she must be out of the classroom.
In this new day of technological advances, technology is not just a tool, it can be a voice that learners may not have had before.
