Thursday, March 7th, the students in Mrs. Torres class at CC Winn were asked to work in partners or groups of three to plan and write an essay together.
Students were allowed to plan together and discuss ideas for thesis statements and examples.
They then wrote portions of the essay on their own and transferred them to large sheets to display their work. Students were able to share their examples with the class and get critiqued by peers.
Mrs. Torres would like to congratulate her students on great group skills and their motivation for writing improvement.
