Friday, May 3rd, Mrs. Gonzales' 1st grade class at Seco Mines learned about the culture of the Australian Aborigines.
Aboriginal Australians are the various indigenous peoples of the Australian mainland, Tasmania, and often the Tiwi people.
This group contains many distinct peoples that have developed across Australia for over 50,000 years.
The Miners utilized their newfound knowledge and created their own traditional painting in honor of this culture.
