Perfecto Mancha was honored with the attendance of Ms. Judy Canales, Mr. Ricardo Ramos, and Officers Hector Rodriguez and Juan Benavidez at their Annual Halloween Costume Contest.
The four special guests served as judges for the parade and the Mustangs would like to thank them for their time and presence.
