Wednesday, March 28th, Benavides Heights Elementary visited CC Winn High School to receive insight on the school's accomplished volleyball and softball programs.
Coach Iracheta and Coach Benavidez spoke to the Lady Bulldogs about the expectations of the programs.
Also, the Seniors from both teams attended this presentation to let the Bulldogs know what is expected from them as Maverick Athletes.
Both coaches and athletes expressed that it isn’t just about skills, but it is also about personal responsibility and dedication from their part!
The Seniors really wanted the Bulldogs to know that work needs to be put in both on the court/diamond and off!
They all hope to see these Lady Bulldogs in a Maverick uniform one day!
