CC Winn English I students are already starting off the year with some fun writing activities.
Friday, August 31st, the Mavericks in Mrs. Jacquez' class made metaphorical comparisons to fully describe their personality.
Some described themselves as an animal, a vehicle, day of the week, and even machinery.
They were very detailed in their metaphors and Maverick Nation is proud of their Freshmen who came to CC Winn strong, eager, and ready to learn!
They know they will further apply these creative writing skills into their own expository writing this year.
