Wednesday, September 26th, EPISD Police Department's DARE Program presented the dangers of tobacco and e-cigarettes use to the 6th graders at Benavides Elementary.
Students took a pledge to help create a tobacco free generation.
DARE Instructor Michael Torralba stated,” the first step in stopping tobacco use in teens is to educate them of the health effects it causes."
