Monday, November 5th, the seniors in Mrs. Mercer’s English IV class at CC Winn visited the library to get their myON on!
Mrs. Mercer has been encouraging students all year to engage in more outside readings.
As a class activity, students enrolled in the program and took the very first test.
Students took on the challenge as they were eager to find out what their Lexile level was. B
y the end of the period, students had successfully completed the test and had the opportunity to explore the program.
The program will be implemented as part of the class’ curriculum in an effort to encourage students to read more.
