Benavides Recognizes Veterans Day

Friday, November 9th,  Benavides Elementary honored their Veteran, Mr. Picon. 

Bulldog Administration gifted them with a special treat, while Student Council made a terrific banner in his honor. 
The students also created personalize cards for Mr. Picon!
To top off Veterans Day, the VFW awarded him the Patriotic Citizen Award for all his community service with the organization.

The entire Bulldog family really wanted to thank this fine man for his service to our country.
