The students in Mrs. Ortega's Kinder class were treated to a read aloud to Mimi Chapra and Cristian Pietrapiana's "Amelia's Show-and-Tell Fiesta".
In the story, Amelia is excited about the first show-and-tell in her new American kindergarten and brings in her special fiesta dress from Cuba.
Friday, November 2nd, the Hawks used Amelia as a role model and shared their very own special item.
