It surely was a special celebration all around at Graves Elementary on Friday, November 2nd.
Students and staff dressed to celebrate Dia de los Muertos.
Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died, and help support their spiritual journey.
The student in Mrs. S. Salinas' class and Mrs. R. Vielma's class celebrated and learned about the Hispanic culture with fun activities!
