WHS Leadership Academy

Wednesday, November 7th, C. C. Winn High School students met in the library for their monthly Chick-fil-A Leader Academy lesson.
Students engaged in the second segment of their training which focused on values and morals.
This included a hands on activity where students were asked to write their own personal values and discussed shared views within their teams.
Students were then separated into new groups with people they hadn't worked with or even really met yet.  Everyone played an interactive "name game" to help them get to know one another.
Hopefully this will break the ice for future meetings to come and help the leaders socialize with new cliques.
In the long run, this program overall will help to enhance the students' social and communication skills.
