February 20th - 22nd, the students in Ms. Byrne's Pre-AP Chemisty classes worked on a Famous Chemists throughout Time Project.
Students worked in groups to research the chemists who invented and discovered the various topics they cover in class.
The chemists range from Antoine Lavoisier, the father of Modern Chemistry, to Mario Molina,1995 Nobel Peace Prize recipient for discovering the hole in our ozone layer.
Through their research, the students were able to see how theories have developed over time and that nothing can limit a person full of wonder and determination.
Go Eagles!
