Wednesday, September 12th, the 3rd grade students in Mrs. Hernandez' class at Kirchner dove right into reading.
The Cowboys read "Ruby's Wish" and students used this book to analyze the main character.
They gathered evidence from the thoughts, words, actions and feelings of the character in the story to infer a character trait that would best describe the character.
The Cowboys were inspired by this true story.
