Tuesday, September 18th, C. C. Winn High School’s Mariachi Toro Azabache had the distinction of being selected to perform at Mr. Paul Del Rincon's ceremony.
Mr. Del Rincon had a celebration in his honor as her was named the new Port of Entry Director.
It was a true privilege for Mariachi Toro Azabache to have received this opportunity.
