Tuesday, September 18th, the 1st grade students in Ms. Cortez' class were excited to drop everything and read!
D.E.A.R is a program that is implemented throughout the year where the students solely focus on reading.
The goal of the program is to prompt people to make reading a regular part of their routine.
At Rosita Valley Elementary, the Roadrunners know that they not only understand the importance of reading but also the good time that reading can bring!
