Friday, September 14th, C.C. Winn English Department stepped up to the challenge.
They proved they could and they did!
Teachers were encouraged to decorate a bulletin or create a banner for the Superintendent's Challenge that featured this year's district motto, "We Can & We Will!"
In friendly competition, they competed within the department for the best bulletin board and or banner.
Bulletin boards/banners were judged by Colonel Greg Stankewicz.
The following are the results of "English Department Superintendent's Challenge".
1st Place Mrs. Alejandra Cruz (For Great Student Input!)
2nd Place Mrs. Melissa Jacquez (For Being Artistically Beautiful!)
3rd Place Mrs. Marvelia Flores (For Creativity)
Colonel Stankwicz stated that it was a very difficult task to choose from very creative and inspirational bulletins and banners!
Congratulations to all winners and all three teachers will be receiving a prize!
