Tuesday, March 12th, Eagle Pass High School was extremely proud to be well-represented at the monthly EPISD Board Meeting at the De Luna Center.
EPHS had 5 very special recognition and they are proud of each one!
The 1st Eagle recognition of the evening was in honor of Bianca Valencia's great showing at the state DECA competition.
This was followed by Jacob Wright and Samantha Mijares' scholarships to A&M and UT respectively.
Also, members of the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council were recognized for being selected as finalists in the 2019 Texas Environmental Excellence Awards by the Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Sophomores CJ Hiller and Sarah Salinas received special recognition for their water preservation video!
The final recognition was for Head Counselor Mr. Luis Sifuentes and his nomination by the College Board.
