Wednesday, March 13th, Mr. Carlos Vela, CC Winn Spanish teacher, and Ms. Esther Barreto, student teacher from the Universidad de Puerto Rico Interamericana, presented The Mexican Gastronomy Project.
The project entailed extensive research on the cultural of South America with the main emphasis on the cuisine. Students were asked to research authentic Mexican dishes and present their dishes to an audience.
