Eagle Pass High School Student Council has been urging all staff members to turn off their computers to save electricity.
Did you know that given the cost of electricity to be 12 cents per Kilowatt hour, the cost of running a PC 24/7 under the average power consumption is $45.79!
That is a lot of money!
Tuesday, February 12th, EPHS StuCo went around giving each teacher a handy, dandy electricity reminder to hang in their classroom.
Some teachers got very creative on where to place it!
