Wednesday, February 6th, Mancha Principal Mrs. Koenig sent out her campus' Valentine's Day guidelines to her students' parents.
Mrs. Koenig is urging all parents read the guidelines thoroughly before sending or dropping off arrangements on Thursday, February 14th.
