Friday, February 8th, Seco Mines Principal Mrs. Martinez sent out her campus' Valentine's Day guidelines to her students' parents.
Mrs. Martinez is urging all parents read the guidelines thoroughly before sending or dropping off arrangements on Thursday, February 14th.
